Meet your instructor: Kevin Augello FRGS
Kevin has made several hundred films across more than 130 countries, working on everything from independent projects to large-scale productions with global NGOs like UNESCO, UNICEF, War Child, Greenpeace, WWF, and more.
There’s hardly any role Kevin hasn’t taken on - producer, director, cinematographer, editor - giving him a rare, 360° perspective on the entire documentary process.
His work has brought him into villages, boardrooms, refugee camps, and mountaintops, allowing him to connect with people from different walks of life all over the globe.
This course brings together decades of real-world experience shaped into an engaging and practical learning journey.

Sound is as important, if not more important, than the picture. In this workshop, Kevin takes you through the main types of mics we use when filming and how to use them.
Turn hours of footage into a cohesive, emotionally resonant documentary. You will learn the entire post-production process: selecting the best takes, editing, sound design, and colour correction using DaVinci Resolve.
