Our instructors all have different approaches to the courses that reflect their experience with filmmaking and their own interests. For example, Kevin Augello (Den Haag), has 30 years of experience travelling the world shooting documentaries for companies like National Geographic and WarChild but has been pivoting in recent years to a more solo adventure-style form of documentary to give him more freedom to pursue locations and topics that he's interested in, while Herbert Alfonso (Zwolle) really loves experimental film and the analogue process. As a result, these courses offer different perspectives, information, and workflows which is why each location has its own page.
